Arsenal have retained the Emirates Cup, despite losing 2-1 to Sevilla on Sunday.

Arsene Wenger’s men had won their first fixture on Saturday, beating Benfica 5-2. Sevilla saw off RB Leipzig 1-0 in the opening game.

Correa gave the La Liga the lead, before the Gunners’ record signing Alexandre Lacazette equalized around the hour mark.

However, Steven Nzonzi denied Arsenal victory with a stunning effort late on.

It however did not stop the hosts from winning the 9th edition of the preseason tournament, thanks to number of goals scored.
